Terms of Service

1. The Product & Feature Updates

Rycēet helps you capture receipts, extract expense data with AI vision, and sync files and rows to Google Drive and Sheets you control. We reserve the right to update or change the features, limits, and non-core details within each plan at any time without notice, though we will do our best to communicate any changes to you. We will not quietly convert your Drive data into our property.

2. Accounts and Google Access

You must be able to form a contract and keep your login secure. Connecting your Google account happens securely on Google’s own screens, and we never ask you to type a Google password into Rycēet.

• We only receive an authentication token when you authenticate with Google.
• Our interaction with your Google Drive is strictly isolated to the "Receipt Vault" folder.
• We only use this access to store receipt images and log ledger details into a Google Sheets file.
• You maintain 100% ownership and full control over your own files at all times. You are responsible for the Drive folders you grant access to and for people you invite into a shared vault.

3. Plans, Quotas, and Billing

Checkout and recurring billing run seamlessly on Whop. All paid memberships are recurring subscriptions that bill either monthly or yearly until cancelled. Quotas for receipts, seats, devices, conversational search, and Smart Categories reset with your plan period. Going over a limit may pause new captures until the next period or until you upgrade.

Free Forever: A $0 membership that includes 2 connected users, 2 devices per user, 20 receipts per month, 5 conversational searches total, and 5 Smart Categories.

Starter: $10.00 USD billed monthly, or $108.00 USD billed annually (10% savings). Includes 2 users, 2 devices per user, 50 receipts/mo (or 600/yr), 50 conversational searches/mo (or 600/yr), and 10 Smart Categories/mo (or 120/yr).

Pro: $15.00 USD billed monthly, or $153.00 USD billed annually (15% savings). Includes 5 users, 4 devices per user, 250 receipts/mo (or 3,000/yr), 150 conversational searches/mo (or 1,800/yr), and 20 Smart Categories/mo (or 240/yr).

Growth: $50.00 USD billed monthly, or $480.00 USD billed annually (20% savings). Includes 20 users, 6 devices per user, 1,000 receipts/mo (or 12,000/yr), 400 conversational searches/mo (or 4,800/yr), and 50 Smart Categories/mo (or 600/yr).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, paid accounts will remain fully active until the last day of their current active membership cycle. There are no refunds.

5. Overdue Accounts and Renewals

If a paid plan is overdue or a renewal does not go through, you have 15 days to renew your account. Rycēet notifies you in the app when an account is past due. If the account is not renewed within those 15 days, we may suspend or end access until you restore a current plan.

6. Your Data

Receipt images and extracted rows that we write to your Drive and Sheets belong entirely to you. You grant us a limited license to process them so the product can function, including OCR, split math, FX, and shared vault delivery. Offline drafts stay on your device until they sync. Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the service. Do not use Rycēet to store illegal material, to impersonate Google, or to collect other people’s credentials. We may suspend an account that creates risk for other members or for payment processing.

8. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided "as is". OCR and FX are aids, not a substitute for your own books or a professional accountant. To the fullest extent Canadian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data in a Drive you control, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Rycēet in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notification. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any updates that are in effect when you use it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the harm is occurring.
